Jerk Chicken For Bachelors (and others)

Ingredients 2 Chicken breasts Pinch of salt 2 spoonfuls of Jamaican Jerk Marinade Seasoning (Or your favorite) Oil of your choice (Pam, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Butter, etc.) Using scissors cube the chicken breasts. Coat pan with oil of your choice, and apply low heat (recommend a stovetop). Add chopped chicken breasts to the pan, sprinkle with salt, and cook thoroughly. Once the chicken is cooked through, add to a large bowl. Add two spoonfuls of Jamaican Jerk Marinade Seasoning and stir. Eat and enjoy!

Easy & Scrumptious Aioli Dressing

2 tablespoons Mayo or Miracle Whip salad dressing 1 teaspoon Reggae spice (pick your favorite) Makes a Fantastic Aioli style dressing that works great as a sandwich spread.
